Sanctification Necessitates WAR

I will, right up front, make mention that I do not care for the music accompanying the embedded video, but I do think that much of what the preacher is saying ought to be taken serious by Christians.

As Jason Parker, pastor of High Country Baptist Church said in a sermon Feb. 15th, we can’t expect that our sanctification will be automatic without our involvement – meaning, that one day, “poof” we’re suddenly holy. But we must know what our sanctification consists of, reckon ourselves dead to sin, and then do the things which pertain to holiness.

Charles Spurgeon said, in All Of Grace, “Remember that the man who truly repents is never satisfied with his own repentance…”

Thanks for watching.
